Frequently Asked Questions

No - at least one parent or guardian must remain on the premises while children play.
Unlike traditional drop-off facilities, The Place is designed as a shared experience. Parents stay close, relax in our café and lounge, and enjoy the space while their kids play safely just steps away.
(Translation for parents: you’re not stuck standing - you’re comfortably posted up.)

The Place is supervised, not drop-off.
Our play areas are:
Thoughtfully designed by age
Well-staffed and actively supervised
Structured to encourage safe, positive play
That said, The Place is not a childcare or drop-off facility. Parents remain responsible for their children while on-site - with the benefit of attentive staff, clear sightlines, and a space designed to make staying comfortable.
This model is consistent with leading indoor play and trampoline parks, but elevated with a parent-first experience.

All ages are welcome at The Place.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, our activity areas are thoughtfully designed and organized by age group. This allows toddlers, kids, tweens, and teens to play in spaces built specifically for their size, energy level, and abilities.
Younger children enjoy softer, scaled play areas, while older kids and teens have access to more active, challenging spaces. Parents are always welcome throughout the facility and can stay close while kids play.
This age-based approach helps maintain safety, comfort, and fun - without limiting who can enjoy The Place.
